Dear all,
I hope you’re doing well. I just wanted to kindly follow up on my previous email regarding the stakeholder consultation for our project.
As a reminder, each partner is expected to engage at least four participants in stakeholder consultations and share the report by the end of February 2025. The practical guide and supporting materials (slides, templates, etc.) are available here<https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1YVK_Dyuln9PYoAiCpl4CNPZDXbBLqD-6?us…>.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance. Thank you so much for your time and cooperation. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Have a lovely weekend!
All the best,
Feiran

Subject: [Extendt2_omt] Action Required: Stakeholder Consultation & Framework Dissemination
Dear all,
I hope you’re doing well. Following up on our recent project meeting, we would like to gather your input on two key areas: (1) stakeholder consultation and (2) framework dissemination.
As discussed, each partner is expected to engage at least four participants in stakeholder consultations between now and February 2025. To help you with this process, we have prepared a practical guide along with supporting materials (e.g., slides to present the framework, templates to document the outcomes, etc.); see the link here<https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1YVK_Dyuln9PYoAiCpl4CNPZDXbBLqD-6?us…>.
Additionally, based on the reviewer’s recommendation to increase the visibility of our framework, we kindly ask all partners to actively promote and disseminate the framework in the upcoming relevant activities. (We would greatly appreciate it if you could take photos of these dissemination efforts to document and share the impact of our work.) A guide and relevant materials for dissemination (e.g., a short video and alternative slides) are also available; see the link here<https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/13B6v1SfQ8ac3oZCo5deQgZV9yJDNb9gX?us…>.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need further clarification.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,
Feiran
Hi all,
Following Friday's OMT meeting, we would like to remind you to feel in
this excel
<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TqFqZDyNDFuSfswzSjWs-N09bLEkYMytZ8h…>the
interventions you are planning for year 3 and the (estimated) number of
participant students *by December 15*. It is important to have an
estimation of the numbers we will reach so that we can cover any
deviations on time. You don't have to fill in all the columns at the
current time, only the intevention code and the number of students.
Best,
Marianthi

Goodmorning everyone,
I hope you are all doing well!
We wanted to share with you the following updates regarding this year's
interventions (WP5):
First of all, as agreed during our meeting in Dublin, here
you can find the extended technologies organized into three tiers
based on their readiness levels.
Here
you can find the activity plan template for this year. For this cycle,
it would be necessary to have the activity plans finalized by the end of
the year. When your activity plan is finalized, you can upload it here.
Please, include the intervention code in the title of the document (f.e
NTNU0301, where 03 stands for the 3rd year and 01, 02 etc. for the first,
second etc. intervention of the year).
Finally, please do not forget to update this
table with information regarding interventions so that we can keep
track of our numbers.
Thank you all,
Best regards,
Christina & Marianthi

Hi All,
We would like to clean up learning analytics data which are NOT real data from the learning activities (school interventions data) and were collected from September 2023-October 2024.
We would like to ask each partner to go through learning activities which collected LA data and give us the names of those which can be removed to have more storage space for the school intervention in Year cycle 3.
You can see these learning activities which has data using the dashboard, when you login with Teacher role, click Analytics button, and the table with available learning activities will be shown. If you know that some activities were created only for test purpose and do not contain any meaningful data (no school interventions), please let us know the name of the learning activity and we will delete these LA data.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best,
WP4 team

Dear All
You may have received a notification on the portal that D5.3 has been rejected.
This was a request from our side to the EC because we needed to make changes to its Appendixes*, following the discussion at the August OMT meeting.
Thank you to Marinathi, for following through on this: “”The changes are based on information received from each partner about publication of Activity Plans. All teachers agreed for the Activity Plans to be published. Some of them are anonymized, some include the name of the teachers as authors or other information as required”.
Re, D5.3:
I have updated our PO, that:
* They have been some minor modifications to the Appendixes submitted in August
* A further Appendix was added (previously we had Appendixes A-S, now we have Appendixes A-T)
* The main report of D5.3 and its Appendixes were OK with the consortium to be publicly shared now
Following the requested “rejection” from our side, attached is the replacement document that has been now uploaded on the portal.
Reference to the Appendixes, which needed changing in the main D5.3 Report, are on pp 5, 15 and 25.
Please note due to the size of the main D5.3 Report (> 50 MB) and its Appendixes, neither could be uploaded on the portal. Instead, the short document with links was uploaded.
We should aim to avoid this with our remaining deliverables.
Best regards,
Shamim
