Hi all, The technical people (SIMPLE, LNU, NKUA) need to know which days you are going to do interventions in schools, to be sure that no changes or maintenance work will be done on the tools and the platform on those days. When you know the exact days that students will work with the tools, can you please mark them in the following Google sheet/calendar? Dear all, Sorry for cross-sending this. It seems I am not an OMT list member; my message sent to the OMT mail list failed to be delivered. — This is a reminder that we will need you to fill in the feedback template for the "guidelines and framework" by next Tuesday (5 March). We asked for this at the OMT meeting in December with a deadline at the end of January, but it was not as urgent as other tasks. However, we will report it in the technical report and then we will possibly need to present some findings in the upcoming review meeting. You can find this template and a readme file (with instructions) in our shared Google folder https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Ue1bgsL0Oyu9ALzmtU6yvqmmVQ4PA6Mz In the same folder, there is a questionnaire for the framework, we plan to try and get some responses from networks, before the mid-term review, but it is not urgent for you to take action now. MIS4TEL papers - Respond by 1st Feb

Paper 1 (main conference): Report on findings from Year 1 school implementations. 2. Paper 2 (workshop paper): Present and explain the rationale of creating the Extendt2 versions of tools as well as the production of the Exten(dt)2 digital design thinking model 3. Online course on design thinking - your comments by Thursday

Dear All Thea, Manolis and I had a meeting last week and agreed on some practicalities. * We will have the 2-day half-yearly physical meeting at OU, Milton Keynes on Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 April, and catch a train from Milton Keynes to London on Thursday ca 16.00. * Friday 19 April is dedicated to the M18 EC review at UCL. ExtendT2_preliminary info on physical meeting and M18 review in April

Dear All I have informed our PO that after a first informal check with our consortium no conflicts of interest were noted for either Markus Vincze or Davinia Hernández-Leo as being the expert reviewers for our M18 review. Thea, her team, and Manolis are now planning preparatory information for the two-day physical meeting meeting (17-18 April in Milton Keynes/OU) and the one-day M18 review (19 April at UCL/London). * This will provide info on logistics, transport and hotel recommendation when they are have had time to look into this. * As soon as this information is available we will let you know, so please be patient until then! If you are planning to attend, do please start populating this participants list<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1D6qYEURrVl5JDqoW6OCg2fWBM-cHCZHVngk…> before the end of next Friday, so we have an idea of numbers.
