Fyi: The three deliverables D5.3, D5.4 and D6.2 due at M34 (30 June 2025) have all been submitted. They are all final versions of reports with the same titles which were submitted in M24.
Important Info:
SyGMA only allows one document to be uploaded with the same deliverable number. Due to this glitch all three deliverables in SyGMa had to be “reopened for revision”, by our PO, to allow the final versions to be uploaded.
You can therefore ignore the related emails you may have received from the portal earlier today.

Dear ExtenDT2 Team,
The Irish team are currently running two classes of interventions but we
cannot access the platform- www.extendt2.com. We have tried this on Wifi,
LAN, on personal mobile devices to no avail.
This means for one group they cannot access to publish and present and for
the other group, they will not be able to complete the Respond and Deliver
phase.
We have another intervention planned for tomorrow.
We will continue to try while students present without access to the
platform.
We wanted to alert you to this in realtime so you are aware.

As we are finalising the Framework and Guidelines, we would like to invite you to share your reflections and inputs based on your Year 3 activities.

We kindly ask each partner to send your feedback by the end of May (M33) so your inputs can be incorporated into our deliverables (Due M35) .

As a personal note, I also wanted to let you know that I will be leaving my position at the end of April. It has been a real pleasure working with all of you over the past years. I’m proud of what we have achieved together and excited to see the successful conclusion of the project. From May onwards, I will be joining the School of Design at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and I hope our paths come across again in the future.
