Customer feedback has become one of the most valuable tools for improving products and services. McDVoice is the official customer satisfaction survey designed by McDonald's to collect opinions from customers after their restaurant visits. Whether your experience was excellent or could have been better, the survey gives you an opportunity to share your thoughts and help improve future service.
