Athens Project Meeting - Dinner Menu Choices

Dear all, As you may have already seen in the agenda, we will be organizing two dinners. - On the *29th 21:00* at "Skalakia", a traditional greek taverna close to Evangelismos Metro Station (Dionysiou Aiginitou 12 st., Ilisia Google Maps Pin <https://goo.gl/maps/hS6TypbSgfhwRcNFA>). This dinner *will not* be covered by NKUA, but you can put it in the project expenses - On the *30th 20:30 *at "Tzitzikas & Mermigkas" restaurant close to Syntagma Metro Station (Mitropoleos 12 st., Google Maps Pin <https://goo.gl/maps/9UkBsDWYEWtjkVZi9>). Exten.D.T.2 Project Technical Specification Document

Dear All, We have created the document which will contain all important/needed information about the project platform (platform architecture, requirements, extend tools/applications, data collection, learning analytics dashboard): https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ADtovB1eMzf2d46GKOwdnCtFxqmfNof7/edit?u… The document is located in the 04 WP4 Shaping Technologies folder. This document is the book for the Exten.D.T.2 platform. For the moment is has only outline/structure that can be filled in by anybody (or send to me and I can add information there). When you add/update the document, please add a new row in Document History table: date of updating the document, what has beed updated/added/deleted, and author name) Currently, we are gathering information about * data collected by the platform (5.6.1 Applications data) (@Marianthi will write data collected from the learning tools (SorBET, MaLT2, ChoiCo), @Sokratis will add which data will be stored about users of the platform) * data collected by the interventions/study that will be stored in the server (5.6.2 Intervention Data or Study Data) (@Carina) * requirements for Exten.D.T.2 platform (3 Technical Requirements) (@Sofia, @Alisa, @Ahmed, @Fisnik, @Thea(nQuire requirements???)) @Thea we need to know how nQuire will be used/connected with Exten.D.T.2 platform (through learning analytics?) or it will be only connected/used in school interventions process as additional tool? thank you! Physical Meetings in April - practicalities and suggestions for agenda items

Dear All Thea, Manolis and I had a meeting last week and agreed on some practicalities. * We will have the 2-day half-yearly physical meeting at OU, Milton Keynes on Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 April, and catch a train from Milton Keynes to London on Thursday ca 16.00. * Friday 19 April is dedicated to the M18 EC review at UCL. Practical info * Matt Childerhouse who works with Thea at OU, is copied in here directly. ExtendT2_preliminary info on physical meeting and M18 review in April

Dear All I have informed our PO that after a first informal check with our consortium no conflicts of interest were noted for either Markus Vincze or Davinia Hernández-Leo as being the expert reviewers for our M18 review. Thea, her team, and Manolis are now planning preparatory information for the two-day physical meeting meeting (17-18 April in Milton Keynes/OU) and the one-day M18 review (19 April at UCL/London). * This will provide info on logistics, transport and hotel recommendation when they are have had time to look into this. * As soon as this information is available we will let you know, so please be patient until then! If you are planning to attend, do please start populating this participants list<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1D6qYEURrVl5JDqoW6OCg2fWBM-cHCZHVngk…> before the end of next Friday, so we have an idea of numbers.
