Dear all,
Our submission was accepted as a poster (see comments at the end of this email).
@Chronis Kynigos<mailto:kynigos@eds.uoa.gr> would you be able to join the conference and present?
Best,

score: 50.00 / comment: This proposal should be presented as a poster. It's a nice and interesting project, yet, still in the starting phase. There are no results or conclusions that can be mentioned in this stage. Therefor, the advice is to present it as a poster.
score: 80.00 / comment: The paper proposes a DBR into the possible use of emerging technologies at schools. The design is well described and the expected contributions would benefit the field.
score: 50.00 / comment: The proposal is very difficult to understand. I suspect it is not written by colleagues comming from the education world, but rather from the technical/bussiness world. Since it talks about expected findings, it should be -if at all- presented as a poster, or perhaps a workshop
total score: 60.000000

Dear All
We are working to set up a shared collaborative platform with our other sister projects.
The intention is not to overload this, or create extra work for us - but to have somewhere accessible for those in our projects for whom this could be a useful collaborative tool (e.g. the main leads who work with Project Management, Dissemination and Exploitation, and Ethics).
We have discovered that Google is not allowed for at least one of the Coordinating partner leads.
Can one person from each partner reply to me asap and let me know if MS onedrive (and/or TEAMS) would work for you/your organisation as the shared platform.
Best, Shamim
Many thanks to everyone who attended the WP7 meeting earlier today.
Attached are brief meeting minutes. If anything needs to be changed/added,
please let me know.
The only action points are for the two people with the same initials, so
first names have been used. @Christina Gkreka <xristgreka(a)eds.uoa.gr> please
note there is an action point for you.
Have a lovely weekend
Carina
Dear All
Attached are (i) the draft minutes, (ii) Coordinator Presentation, and (iii) WP2-9 Updates, from the OMT meeting on Friday 10 February.
NB: Due to transcript problems with YouTube, it was not possible to receive written minutes with the help of AI.
Please check all Actions that apply to you in the minutes and on the individual WP updates.
Some of the deadlines are short, e.g., the deadline for Agenda Points for the Athens Meeting, is COB today .
If you would like any additions or changes, please let me know by COB next Tuesday 21 February. The minutes will then be finalised and shared with the rest of the consortium for information.
Best regards
Shamim

Dear all,
I’m putting together a first newsletter for the project (should be shared by M6).
Could you pls send any items to be included in that?
Proposed items
1. Introducing the project, the team and website
2. Call for teachers
3. News
* project meeting in Sweden
* co-design of pilot interventions with teachers
* upcoming meeting in Athens
* sister projects activities?
I’d also like to take this opportunity to introduce Sagun to the OMT team.
Sagun is the OU Research Associate and has joined us on the 1st of Feb.
He will be joining our upcoming meetings so you will all have a chance to meet him online (and in person in the Athens meeting).
Best wishes,
Thea

Dear all
I am back to work part-time and keen to organise a meeting to discuss the
evaluation plans for WPs 3, 5 and 6. You will have had some updates from
Jake/Thea/Marianthi along with a shared document but this is a chance for a
more formal presentation and discussion. At the last OMT of 2022, we agreed
to try to have meetings in the OMT time-slot. Obviously that is taken this
week, so I'd like to invite you to join us next *Friday 17th February at
2pm CET* (3pm in Athens and 1pm in Dublin).

Dear all,
I have now created an online version of the activity plan Marianthi has shared.
This is slightly different to the original version i.e., I reordered some questions, did not include questions asking for personal data such as teachers’ name (if appropriate, I could add a question: what is your school?), some questions looked similar so I merged them.
The nQuire mission I created is ‘social’ – i.e. data are open to read and comment. This may be useful in the coming years when we have much more teachers creating/reusing/giving feedback to activity plans.
The mission is in pilot mode i.e., it is only accessible via the below link (you won’t find it on the nQuire website). You can take part by pressing “Add contribution”:
https://nquire.org.uk/mission/extendt2-activity-plan-for-teachers/data
Look forward your feedback.

Dear All
Please let me know by the end of Monday if you would like anything on next Friday’s OMT agenda.
The main topic will be the status of the six deliverables due at M6. If you have any related Qs (in addition to self-plagiarism re deliverables/publication and whether a (lead) author who is not paid by the project can be acknowledged on the deliverable) please let me know by then too. We can go through these on Friday too.
Wishing you all a very good w/e!
Shamim
