Dear All
Minutes of today’s OMT meeting will be shared next week.
This is to confirm that as agreed today, the Physical meeting in Ghent will be ca two days from lunchtime Wednesday 27 September to lunchtime Friday 29th September.
Please forward this information to anyone else who will be attending the meeting physically who is not on the OMT list and would like to book flights asap.
The nearest airport is Brussels Airport with ca. two direct trains per hour to Ghent (ca 1 hour journey).
A link to a google folder will be shared with you early next week which will have information on all logistics, spreadsheet to fill with attendances, proposals for agenda items, any special requests you may have, etc.
Best wishes to everyone for the w/e!
Shamim
Dear All
The three dates Wednesday 27, Thursday 28 and Friday 29 September seem to be OK for everyone who filled in the doodle or responded separately to me by email.
Marcelo and I propose we have our meeting in Ghent from lunch time Wednesday 28 September – lunchtime Friday 29 September.
@ Thea/Carina. As time was a slightly urgent issue for you, do you need confirmation before this Friday’s OMT meeting?
1. If yes:, then can one person from each partner (e.g., Lieva/Katrien; Marianthi, Sofia, Filothei and Manolis confirm by replying back to: extendt2_omt(a)lists.sunet.se<mailto:extendt2_omt@lists.sunet.se> that the proposed times above in red works for you, OR
2. If no: i.e., both Carina and Thea can wait until Friday’s OMT meeting, then we will agree the timings then.
For your information:
* We had a physical meeting with three of the four sister projects and our PO, during mis4Tel - which Marcelo and I will report back on Friday
* A follow up meeting with the sister projects will happen either around M18 (February/March 2024) or at another event such as 2024 mis4Tel conference; i.e., there is no need to factor in time for a meeting with our sister projects in Brussels in conjunction with our Ghent physical meeting
The agenda for this Friday’s OMT meeting will be shared tomorrow.
Best regards
Shamim
Dear All
Re, Meeting in UGent :
The situation has changed. Some people from NKUA are now able to stay until 29 September.
If you would like your availability to be taken into consideration when choosing the dates (and in case Lieva/Katrien have logistics issues with any of the dates) please fill in this doodle asap by Monday.
https://doodle.com/meeting/organize/id/el7yLlMd
Thank you for your cooperation – and please accept apologies around this due to the holiday season and some key people not being around.
We will try to fix this asap next week.
Best, Shamim

Subject: [Extendt2_omt] Extendt2: Agenda items for OMT meeting Friday 25/8 and physical meeting in UGent
Dear All
I hope you have had a good relaxing break over the summer.
1. Next Friday we have our first OMT meeting for the term. Please provide any agenda items by COB on Monday.
1. The physical meeting around UGent is looking to be two full days (ca 09.00-17.00) 27 & 28 September. NKUA cannot be present on 29 September.
* Lieva and Katrein have been asked to look into logistics on these dates.
* Action: It would be helpful if one person from each partner can confirm by replying on this thread, by Monday, that these dates are good for them and an approx. indication of how many people will attend.
Thank you and best wishes to everyone for the w/e,
Shamim
