Dear all
I have done a fine-tooth review of the project proposal to identify the
things that we have said the project will achieve by the end of 3 years.
From that and the meeting led by Thea, I have put together a document
theming the RQs under broad project aims - in the WP7 folder. Some RQs will
inevitably fit under more than one aim. After each RQ I have listed the
activities we will undertake which will provide opportunities for data
collection.
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DAjRw9zDjYQiI9Ek3MmWqw2eUt80nMaD/edit?u…
Please review the RQs and add comments. I am currently working through the
data collection opportunities but if you have any novel suggestions at this
point, please feel free to also add them (use suggested edits) to the
document.
Note: Until we have a clearer sense of what the interventions,
co-production and professional development activities will look like in
year 1, it is difficult to design a meaningful evaluation. We need this to
apply for ethical approval and without ethical approval data collection
activities cannot commence. So a reminder to WP leads to keep me up-to-date
with plans and cc Jake.
All the best,
Carina

Dear WP leaders,
We would like to invite you to an internal WP5 meeting concering the
Activity Plan Template Document that is meant to be used by teachers as
a planner for their DT interventions in schools.
In the meeting we will go in detail through the current version of the
document and present 3 filled-in examples. Then we expect to discuss all
together on it, share questions, ideas etc.
A few days before the meeting we will share with you the final Template
version together with the filled-in examples, to have a look at them and
come up with questions if you have the time.
Please fill in the following doodle to arrange the date. Also share the
invitation with anyone you think is important to attend, but not
teachers in this stage since it is still under discussion.

Dear All,
Please let me know, by Monday 13.00 CET, if you would like to add anything to the preliminary attached draft agenda for next Friday’s OMT meeting (in addition to what would be covered in your WP update).
A final agenda, including any further requests, and links to relevant documents, will be shared on Tuesday, together with the joining details.
Best regards,
Shamim
Dear OMT Members
Please find attached a draft of the first Deliverable - the Project Handbook. Due to some formatting issues with word a pdf version is attached here rather than sharing it on the google drive.
I apologise for the short notice but ask that you at least check the details which relate to you and your organisation and also your WP deliverables/milestones in this.
The deliverable is due for submission on Wednesday 30 November so appreciated if you can send any feedback by Monday 28 November, 14.00 CET.
Thank you and best regards
Shamim
Dear all
I would like to invite you to a meeting next Wednesday 30th November at
10am to identify the project's research ambitions, in terms of the
evaluation. This includes the overall research question that drives the
project, as well as what each WP 'needs' and what we as researchers would
'like' to get out of the evaluation.
Please can you ensure at least one person from your organisation is able to
attend. @Katrien Strubbe <Katrien.Strubbe(a)ugent.be> , @Marcelo Milrad
<marcelo.milrad(a)lnu.se> , @Christothea.Herodotou
<christothea.herodotou(a)open.ac.uk> and @Sofia Papavlasopoulou
<spapav(a)ntnu.no> have all indicated that this is the best time for
them @Marianthi
Grizioti <mgriziot(a)eds.uoa.gr> - could you arrange for at least one person
from NKUA is able to attend, please?

Dear all,
I am sending this email to all OMT as it would be useful to keep you all updated about progress in relation to WP3.
On the 30th Nov, we will hold an onboarding workshop with new teachers (from the UK and possibly other countries).
Actions:
1. Let me know if any non-UK teachers are joining the workshop
2. Provide your feedback to the agenda
3. Confirm your involvement in the workshop: @Katrien Strubbe<mailto:katrien.strubbe@ugent.be> @Marianthi Grizioti<mailto:mgriziot@eds.uoa.gr> @Carina GIRVAN<mailto:girvanc@tcd.ie> @Melis Örnekoğlu Selçuk<mailto:Melis.OrnekogluSelcuk@UGent.be>
In the same doc, you will find a draft structure of co-design workshops with teachers to take place Jan onwards, which I plan to share during the workshop on the 30th for feedback by teachers.
I used Marianthi’s lesson plan template to structure the sessions (you can find the template in WP5).
Action:
1. Provide your feedback to the structure and activities – this is a draft version and I would really like to hear from you as to how I could improve it.
https://docs.google.com/document/d/196il90_vZ0iSP8RwwAliwYq4GgsDc_rt/edit#
Please respond to the above by Friday the 25th Nov. If deadline does not work for you, pls do let me know asap.
Best wishes,
Thea

Dear All
The Joint Data Controller Agreement is on the agenda as an information point in tomorrow’s OMT meeting.
Attached is a draft version, prepared by Linnaeus University’s Data Protection Officer, and the Consortium Agreement which is the reference primary agreement.
1. Please pass this onto the appropriate person in your organisation. We would like your feedback and any request for changes by Thursday 24 November 2022.
2. Please check and confirm the name of the person who should sign this for your organisation. It may not be the person currently indicated on the signature pages, i.e., the same person who has signed the Consortium Agreement.
3. If you would like to provide, at the same time, any further information in response to the email sent to you on 24 October as attached, please do so.
Best regards
Shamim
