Dear All
Technical Reporting
For Information see Attachments 1 and 2. This is what will need to be filled in for the formal reporting at M18 and M36.
Please read this carefully, and familiarize yourself with the Project Objectives etc, from the Grant Agreement (attachment 2) , which need to be referred to when doing the technical reporting for each WP.
* For M9 reporting it is proposed that only point 3 is done (for each task within each WP).
* A template for each WP will be emailed separately to each WP leader, who should refer to the guidelines under point 3 (of attachment 1) when completing the required information.
* The expected length is approx. 100-150 words per task in each WP / max 1-2 sides per WP.
* The WP Leader is responsible for distributing/collating back to all task leads in their WP (where applicable) and checking the quality before submitting back to the Coordinator.
Financial Reporting (NB: Not applicable for OU and UCL).
As a heads-up please review and familiarize yourself with attachment 3 for the expected level of detail that will be required for formal financial reporting at M18 and M36.
* For M9 reporting it is proposed that only a) the Table on page 2 is filled in per partner receiving EC funding, and b) brief descriptions of deviations provided if applicable.
* A separate template for each partner receiving EC funding (i.e., not OU or UCL) will be emailed separately).
We can go through this further at Friday’s OMT meeting and agree a reasonable submission date for the technical and financial reporting.
Please already inform your economists to set aside time to the financial reporting at their earliest convenience after the OMT meeting this Friday. It should not take too long, given the simplified reporting expected.
Best regards
Shamim
Dear All
In preparation for next week’s OMT meeting: Friday 16 June 12.30 BST; 13.30 CEST; 14.30 EEST:
1. Agenda items
* Please let me have any agenda items by 17.00 CEST this Monday 12 June.
2) Individual WP2-WP8 Meetings and interdependencies<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pjkCHLR4sPtML0BspdUpSIApHw3yBlVIuFK…>
@Partner leads:
* Linked above is the spreadsheet that covers names of task leads, frequency of meetings at WP/task level (if needed) and split of PM per partner between each task/WP.
· Please check each tab (one per WP) and fill this in before next Friday’s OMT meeting, for your organisation (if you have not done already).
1. Link to spreadsheet: Summer 2023 Vacation Overview<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1wPfpA7aRunrSUXTkKJaCvRwASL61nVETjTI…>
@Partner Leads :
* Check who is included for your organisation and add or delete any names as relevant.
* Please forward the link onto everyone in your organisation whom you think it will be relevant for, in particular if they are not part of the OMT team.
Note: One of the aims of this was to check who is around and when, so that for example, the planning around the many deliverables which are due at the end of August can be completed and reviewed in good time.
1. Next physical meeting
* Lieva and Katrien have kindly agreed to host this with Ghent as a base.
* It is expected to be for two days.
* Please review your availability over the three days 27-29 September, so that we can agree the exact timing (e.g., lunch to lunch or two full days) at the OMT meeting on June 16.
1. M9 Reporting: The templates for simplified M9 reporting will be shared with you early next week and can be discussed further at next Friday’s OMT meeting too.
I hope you all a great summer w/e!
Best regards
Shamim

Dear All,
I hope this email finds you well.
We are working on the deliverable report<https://docs.google.com/document/d/18ujY_7CJ1RIaWWc3s39-irRo4_cATqsP/edit> pertaining to Task 3.1, which is ‘Report on the educational resources and supporting material for students’. At this point, we would like to request each partner to send us a paragraph on process of co-designing materials with teachers to produce activity plans. Equally, we would like to request you to send us your activity plans so that we can retrieve some necessary information from there (such as what specific games and designs that teachers are using, etc.) and state them in the deliverable report that we are preparing. If the activity plans are not ready yet, could you let us know by when you can submit them to us?
Wishing you a lovely weekend!
We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.
With warm regards,
Sagun and Thea
Dear All
fyi - with apologies for any spam.
This is unlikely to affect our project but be aware the EC will not be funding any invoices etc. related to Hungary from 16/12/2022 until further notice.

Subject: ATTENTION: Avoid funding from your EU grant to Hungarian entities affected by Council Implementing Decision 2022/2506
Europa / Funding & Tenders Portal notification
Dear coordinator,
This is to inform you that Council Implementing Decision 2022/2506 might directly impact the implementation of your EU grant. This Decision stipulates that legal commitments must not be entered into with any public interest trusts established on the basis of the Hungarian Act IX of 2021 or any entity maintained by such a public interest trust. This applies as of 16 December 2022 for as long as the measures are in place. This means that it is prohibited to enter into legal commitments with such entities involving Union funding. This prohibition applies to the entire chain of Union financing.
As concerns your grant, this means that no further legal commitments involving Union funding can be entered into by you or any other beneficiaries (or affiliated entities) in your grant with third parties concerned by this decision. This concerns legal commitments involving Union funding related to e.g.: the purchase of goods, works or services; subcontracting; financial support to third parties; equipment renting or leasing; personnel seconded against payment. In case that these measures would hinder the implementation of the actions under your grant you must immediately inform the granting authority. In this case please turn to your Project Officer without delay.
Please check also the related list of Frequently Asked Questions<https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/portal/screen/suppo…>. It is progressively updated as soon as further guidance is available. You can find an indicative – non-exhaustive – list of affected entities (i.e. public interest trusts and entities maintained by them) under this link<https://njt.hu/jogszabaly/2021-9-00-00>.
Please inform immediately all beneficiaries and affiliated entities in your grant, to ensure that no EU funding goes to concerned Hungarian entities. We will inform you once there is a decision on the end of these measures.
Thank you very much for your help.
If you want to change the frequency of receiving notifications with importance "Normal", you can do it in the Funding & Tenders Portal > My Notifications > Preferences
Dear Ahmed,
Regarding the DMP, NKUA provided some information a long time ago. I hope
it was the correct drive document or if it was an older version you have
found the changes and transferred them to the new one.
If you need any specific input from NKUA that is still missing please let
us know
Best,
Marianthi
