As you may be aware the draft text of the delegated act for access to data in the Digital
Services Act (DSA) is now available for

– it concerns access to data from very large online platforms and search engines (VLOPs
and VLOSEs) to vetted researchers.
DG Connect are organising a webinar for researchers to present the current text and go
through the proposed processes leading to the sharing of the data, also with a view to
inform any feedback on the consultation they may wish to submit.
The webinar will take place on 19 November, 10:00-11:30, and it will feature an online
Q&A session on the DSA delegated act on data access, in collaboration with the
European Centre for Algorithmic Transparency.
The webinar will be available to join on the European Commission’s web streaming service,

to receive the link and the access password.
