[Extendt2_all] 3D printing in MaLT2 paper

Hi all, Following our discussion, this is a paper we presented in IDC 24 in June discussing the added value of using 3D printing with MaLT2 (rather than 3D printing by itself) and what is the issue we try to solve with that integration.
