Fyi:
* Marcelo and I had a meeting with Angel, our PO, last Friday to discuss the M18
review.
* For our project there will be two expert reviewers who will be able to travel and be
there physically.
* If train travel is allowable for Angel he may join physically, but currently more
likely by zoom.
* We should count on the review lasting ca 6-7 hours including lunch.
We proposed to Angel that we have the M18 review in conjunction with our next 6 monthly
physical meeting: two days for our physical meeting to include a rehearsal (if time?); and
the third and final day for the review which will likely need to be attended by WP
leaders/OMT members.
Based on current availability for Thea, Manolis and Marcelo we will suggest the following
dates to Angel:
* 25-27 March 2024 (27thApril being the date of the review)
* 17-19 April 2024 (19th April being the date of the review)
We will work on logistics - how much time we spend at Milton Keynes and in London, etc. -
when we have confirmation of dates from the PO. Note he will have to find and check
availability of reviewers etc.
* Please block the above dates in your diary for now, and share with the rest of your
team members

Thanks for this. Both sets of dates are blocked here.
From past experience a practice day ahead of a review is really useful to
rehearse and fine-tune presentations, ensure that everything is covered and
discuss possible questions/issues that might be raised by PO and reviewers.
I think this is a 'must' rather than 'if we have time' (let's face it,
from
experience, we won't). So perhaps we could block out 4 days for the
meeting, 2 days for the project meeting and then only the OMT would need to
stay on for the second half??

For the review we will also plan to do a first rehearsal via zoom, as well as the practice

Hi Shamim,
Thank you for the update and the information! I have blocked both suggeted dates in my
calendar.
I was thinking that the suggestion for March maybe is too close to the reporting period
and maybe too tight for the technical reporting, finance etc. collected from all and the
institutions, but I guess you have already thought about that with the PO and the EC.

For info:
* Formally we have 60 days after the first reporting period (M18 = Feb 28) to submit
our technical and financial reporting.
* The technical reporting should be doable by late Feb/early March.
* For the review the financial reporting can be based on preliminary figures, e.g., up
upto mid-March. A CFS (applicable for some partners) from auditors is only required at the
end of the project.
Note our original review date was M14, but we requested to change this to M18.
One of our sister projects did not request to change their review from M14 – and they
already had their review earlier this month, (approx. M14 ½ for them).
As soon as Angel confirms whether the date is in late March or April, I will let you all
know.

color (fe choico is green, malt is blue) but all the videos have the ext
