TCD follow-up: Event to engage teacher participants in sharing their experiences

Hello Everyone, I hope you are keeping well. As discussed briefly in TCD meeting (also in the OU meeting), can we organise an event (either of one or two days) in which we will bring teacher participants participated in the Exten(DT)2 project up until now from all countries together to make them share their experiences? The purpose of this event will be to: * Create a multi-country platform for teachers to share their learnings from participating in the Exten(DT)2 project; * Record their experiences and suggestions that can be helpful resources to support Y3 implementation; and * Engage teachers in a post-implementation activity which can function as a stimulated recall to trigger them to further implement DT project in their classroom settings independently. And of course, this will help us in reporting around sustainability as we are not leaving teachers after they implement but we are following them up and helping them to build a wider teachers network. For this, I propose the dates as 28th and 29th November, Thursday, and Friday (maybe of a 4-hour session each day) We can ask each one to share their experiences in 15 minutes which will be followed by 10 minutes Q and A. Exten.(D.T.)2_Status

Dear All Sunday 30 November is the official end date of our project. I am very pleased to say that all remaining deliverables have been submitted. Deliverables * There were six deliverables due at M39=30 November 2025. (D1.4; D4.4; D7.3; D8.3; and D8.4. and D9.3). So as not to overwhelm you (!) I have scheduled emails so that you will receive D1.4 today and one other deliverable in pdf format, each day next week. * In case there are issues, e.g., with opening the pdf files, you can already download them from this link here<https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1WuZZCBlEDVo21m5J6EyvO7WFSKgOU1kw?us…>. * Thank you to everyone who contributed to these deliverables. EU Portal: P2 and Final Project Reporting You will also likely receive notifications from the EU portal on Sunday, or early next week that the project has ended, and that it is time to do the S&T and Financial Reporting. @WP Leaders: 1. We have already made a start on the technical reporting. Please double check you have submitted your parts in this google doc link<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jmeuMa3VS18sHQYssvvqtiKq7PILvAv_/edit?u…> before 8 December (Note: due to prioritisation of deliverables, some sections have had a first review, others not) . If you have not provided your contributions yet, please do so by 8 December. 1. Please inform your finance department that they can start preparing the P2 financial reporting if they wish (from 1 March 2024- 30 November 2025). LNU will come back with more information on financial reporting in the portal during the week beginning 8th December. This is because both Marcelo and I are now both on leave until then. WP7 School intervention evaluation documents and ethical approval.

Dear all Following on from the WP7 meeting last week, I have developed a series of data collection instruments and protocols for the school interventions, which are stored in a folder <https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1YzuyDATghL1RnkyQxPchAWeU6WTVu1QP?us…>in WP7. This includes all the information you should need to apply for ethical approval, such as sample informed consent/assent documents, overarching evaluation protocol (data preparation and analysis to come), surveys, interviews, teacher reflective diary and documents detailing the protocol for each form of data collection. All partners involved in interventions this year should review the documents, add comments and make suggested edits *by 6th March. *I am also happy to receive any direct email queries. Please complete this Doodle <https://doodle.com/meeting/participate/id/dLZkGMra>by *1st March *to arrange a review meeting to further discuss data collection. Please ensure at least one member of your team, involved in the interventions, professional development or co-design workshops completes the Doodle. Unfortunately due to other responsibilities I am unable to arrange a meeting prior to the 7th March and the 10th is the OMT. Any partner waiting to apply for ethical review can use all of the documents in their current state as amendments will only be minor - aka no new data collection instruments and no new lines of questioning.
