Some of you may also have received this information via the Funding & Tenders Portal notification.
In particular note:

Please let us know — within 5 days of receiving this letter — if you object to this expert on the
grounds of commercial confidentiality, and explain the reasons why (via your Funding & Tenders
Portal account).
The review will include a review meeting which will take place at the following venue:

If there are any conflicts of interest or objections to the proposed expert reviewer please let me know by Monday lunchtime, as we need to respond by Tuesday.

Attached is the agenda.
OMT representatives from UGent, NTNU, TCD and UCL are not obligated, but welcome to attend. However, it would be good if whoever is doing the reporting to attend the first part of the meeting 13.30-13.45/14.00 CEST this Friday - so we can take up any Qs or require further clarifications on the P2 and final technical reporting instructions sent on Monday.
It would also be helpful if one person from each partner can check with your economist and provide an indication on Friday (otherwise by email before then) whether you expect to fully utilise your budget or not.

Next OMT Meeeting (Zoom): Friday 3 October: 13.30-14.30 CEST
This will be mainly for LNU, NKUA and SIMPLE – and OU. Other partners are welcome to attend particuatly for the first part which will likely cover general updates and aspects or reporting.
Please let me know if you would like anything on the OMT agenda by COB next Tuesday.
Note: re, Reporting.
I will send out information early next week to fill in for the P2 reporting.
Apologies for the delay but it should not take too long as we have P1, and M19-M27 (internal) technical reporting to go from.
However, I am still waiting to hear from our PO about the final technical reporting (for the whole project period). It may be that it too (like the financial reportingon SyGMA) is not generated until the official project end.

Hi All,
Please find attached an output report from the codesign workshops conducted
with teachers a couple of weeks ago.
This report not only describes the approach used in the workshop and the
insights gathered, but also provides a suggested first draft of a toolkit.
This will also be circulated with teachers who participated in the
workshop, to gather their feedback.
*It would be great to gather any of your thoughts, if you have any feedback
please submit by the 23rd of December. You can provide comments over email,
or send me back a comment/marked-up document. *
The next steps will be to incorporate any feedback, and then provide a
final toolkit in January, with practical templates and guidance for the
teachers to use.
