I am delighted to inform you that all partners costs have been accepted, and the EC is
paying out the maximum final payment allowable.
LNU has not yet received the final payment but expects it shortly. It may take up to 30
days in accordance with the letter from the EC (attachment 4).

Re, Attachment 5 (coordinator calculations):
Please check asap, with your finance department, the attached spreadsheet for the amounts
due to you for the final payment.
* The amounts in blue and pink (columns G&H) are what you have already received

The amounts in green (column I) is the final payment due.

@NTNU: Kindly note you will need to make a re-payment back to LNU, the Coordinator, as you
have received too much pre-financing and interim payment (a result of the EUR/NOK exchange
rate).
If you have any Qs on your numbers in attachment 5, please contact me asap next week, from
27 April. I am out of the office all this week.
Once LNU receives the final payment. I will be asking each partner to confirm their bank
information has not changed since the previous payment. Only in the case your bank details
have changed, can you already start to prepare the new information required in attachment
6.
