Hi, This spring, the European Centre for SI-PASS hosted two online fikas, where SI-PASS/PAL leaders had a chance to come together and share both best practice and challenges. Both fikas were a success and the participating leaders were very engaged and willing to share their thoughts and ideas. During the second fika, the participants were asked to create some concrete output responding to a specific challenge that leaders might face. Two products were created: A template for planning sessions when you are unsure of the number of participants, and a list of ideas for boosting attendance. Both can be found in the attached documents. Please share them with your community of leaders and supervisor as ideas of best practice! We are also pleased to announce the dates for online fikas for SI-PASS/PAL leaders during the autumn semester: Wednesday October 18th 2 pm GMT/3 pm CET Thursday November 16th 2 pm GMT/3 pm CET Tuesday December 5th 2 pm GMT/3 pm CET SI-PASS online leader fika focuses on leader development. It is a chance for SI-PASS leaders to meet in an informal setting online to exchange ideas and experiences; share their best practice and challenges with a wide network of SI-PASS leaders across Europe.
