Next week - on Thursday 23rd of November, 2-3 pm UK time / 3-4 CET - we will have a SI-PASS Supervisor fika on zoom.
The topics (suggested by supervisors) will this time be
1) Use of social media (for instance to market SI-PASS) and
2) Getting buy-in from academics/teachers.

(An SI-PASS FIKA is an informal get together in Zoom over a cup of coffee/tea and a cinnamon bun (last item not mandatory). The FIKA is free of charge and provides a chance to talk about SI-PASS related issues or just have a chat with SI-PASS friends).

We have decided to extend the deadline for registration to give people a chance to sign up once they have seen what some of the highlights of the programme will be.

The 2026 International Forum for Peer Learning and Support <https://url41.mailanyone.net/scanner?m=1vAm1c-000000002IW-2Fks&d=4%7Cmail%2…> is a free to attend in-person event where you can explore various peer learning and support initiatives in higher education and connect with students and colleagues who share a passion for this area of work. Each year, the Forum welcomes delegates from across the UK, Europe, and beyond. The main Forum will be held on Friday, 22nd May with an option to join an additional afternoon workshop on Thursday, 21st May.
The forum will offer informative sessions, with themes covering, but not limited to:
* Technology
* Terminology (is 'peer' limiting?)
* Evaluation
* Budgets & making PAL/SI-PASS/other peer learning and support programmes work on a low budget (value for money)
* Inclusivity in sessions
* Novel approaches to peer learning and support
