Dear all,
I don't know if this can cover us regarding the usage of teachers' Activity
Plans in public reports, but in the consent forms writes that the collected
data from the teacher includes
"Lesson activity plans and any supporting materials"
and then in the data usage section says that
"De-identified data may be used in reports, presentations and other
research outputs, in which a randomly assigned pseudonym will be used."
So maybe we are ok? I don't know, what do you think?

I can confirm, from the Coordinator, that our next half-yearly meeting will be at Learnovate (TCD), Dublin.
* Dates: Monday: 30th September – Wednesday 2nd October lunchtime
* Exact timings on both days to be confirmed – but you can book your travels and accommodation around these dates
Thank you to Carina for (re)offering and Deirdre on agreeing to host the meeting from TCD’s part, and to NKUA who kindly stepped in earlier in the summer with their offer.

Dear all
At the beginning of the summer I wrote to inform you that there were some
significant changes taking place at TCD which meant that we would struggle
to host the upcoming project meeting.
I am pleased to inform you that this is in the process of being resolved
and TCD will be able to host. I will be following up with Shamim directly
to finalise arrangements. After that we will be in touch with everyone.

Interim payments were made from LNU around 10th July (see email correspondence on 4th July for calculations)
