Hi all,
Following our discussion, this is a paper we presented in IDC 24 in June
discussing the added value of using 3D printing with MaLT2 (rather than 3D
printing by itself) and what is the issue we try to solve with that
integration.
It would be nice to do the same for the 2 other tools and their emerging
techs

Dear all,
Filothei have prepared the feedback collection document: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CVBPVh5NOlLvclHJy45i2Rt6Pl9BSwWSunz…
Please, use it to give us (WP4 partners) specific feedback on technologies used in Year 2 interventions.
*Note you need to select the Sheet name with correct partner name.
Your contribution is needed because:
a) We will use it to improve the ExtenDT2 Platform before Year 3 interventions.
b) We need to report it in the Deliverable 4.3 before the end of September.
It would be great if you have it done by Sunday 15/09.
Thank you for your great cooperation!

Hello everyone,
I am reaching out to you as we are preparing our deliverable 5.3 and we
are still missing data and clarification on Y2 interventions to complete
the analysis.
Please fill in ALL columns of the excel file
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TqFqZDyNDFuSfswzSjWs-N09bLEkYMytZ8h…
as soon as possible. We have highlighted in red the information that is
either missing or not the same in the excel file and the corresponding
school context overview. Could you please crosscheck and make sure that
the information in the columns N O P Q T is the same as what is
mentioned in the school context overview and in the activity plan for
each of the interventions? Could you also add the number of groups in
each intervention and the information needed in columns X Y Z AA AB AC AD?
It is important to have this as soon as possible as we need to complete
the deliverable by next Friday in order to proceed with the review.
Please let me know when you have gone through this so that we can
include them in the deliverable.
Thank you in advance,
Chronis
Dear All,
I hope you are keeping well.
After some iterations, finally, we came up with two short videos: 1. gives an overview of the Exten.(D.T.)2 project and 2. Invites teacher to the professional development activity developed in our project.
We have uploaded them on our YouTube channel<https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCf5hTi82TXaL01pSAGnq6Dg> and also shared the links to the videos on our sites. You can find them on the following pages:
Video Link 1 : https://extendt2.eu/about-the-project/
Video Link 2: https://extendt2.eu/call-for-teachers/
Note: we could not use some of the pictures that some of you have sent to us lately. Because considering the quality, the images of the activity implementation we have collected contrast significantly with the paid images we have on the video, and equally, having blur faces on the pictures may diminish the quality of the videos.
Thanks.
Best,
Sagun
This is a place server.
The dates are still subject to confirmation from TCD who are checking out logistics etc.
Note: The meeting may be lunch to lunch over these dates, or between 2-3 days.

Dear Angel,
I hope you are doing well.
I would like to share with you the information about our Symposium on « How can industries operate through AI ACT? » : https://my.weezevent.com/how-can-industries-operate-through-ai-act<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/my.weezevent.com/how-can-industries-oper…>
The Symposium is articulated around 3 big questions that will be addressed by our panel of international experts, including the OECD:
1. How will AI ACT emerge and affect the industrial sector?
2. Manual jobs: what is their future through AI?
3. Can AI ACT be harmful for creative industries? How can they adapt and adjust?
We put a special focus on manual jobs, crafts and creative industries in general.
Please find attached a nearly final programme of our Symposium.
Please do not hesitate to share the information about the event.
Have a nice week-end.

Dear Coordinators and Project managers,
Please see below the announcement of a Conference from the Belgian Presidency on Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities and the future of Informed Policy Making on 6th and 7th May in Tervuren, Belgium.
Many thanks for passing it along to your stakeholders,
Best regards,
Angel
We would like to inform you that the registration for the #StrongerTogether : SSAH and the future of evidence-informed policymaking conference of the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the EU, supported by Cluster 2 of the Horizon Europe Research Programme, is now open!
The conference, which will take place in the Royal Museum of Central Africa in Tervuren on 6 and 7 May, is one of the most important expert level conferences of the Belgian Presidency. The aim of the conference is to bring together policymakers, SSAH scientists and science brokers (from government and from academia, managing data and/or knowledge) and have a dialogue about how to integrate further the diverse expertise from the arts, the social sciences and the humanities into the production of evidence for the benefit of policy makers and society.
Through keynote speeches, presentation of case studies by experts and, most importantly, interactive debates in thematic parallel sessions, participants to the conference will have the unique opportunity to discuss a more efficient SSAH contribution to evidence-informed policymaking ecosystems in Europe.
In order to truly have an interactive conference, the number of places is limited to 120+ participants. The registration is based on a first come first served basis. We have pre-booked facilities to people travelling from abroad to have a nice experience of this conference.

Dear all,
As shared earlier, a questionnaire has been designed to collect feedback for improving the ExtenDT2 Framework and Guidelines. This questionnaire is ready to use now. It takes about 30 minutes to complete. No personally identifiable info will be recorded.
The target groups for distributing this questionnaire include teachers, educational researchers, policymakers, education practitioners, education technologists, and education designers.
So far, we’ve collected about 104 responses and hopefully will report some preliminary results for the mid-term review.
We’d like to kindly ask you to share one of the links (the link for your WP) below with your networks (including but not limited to your contacts in your school interventions, professional development, co-design workshops, etc).
We'd suggest getting some responses to this, ideally by the June/summer break.

Don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Dear All
If you are planning to attend the meetings in April in the UK then this is a kind request on behalf of the organisers at OU to check the spreadsheet and make sure all info is up-to-date.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1D6qYEURrVl5JDqoW6OCg2fWBM-cHCZHVngk…
In particular make sure it is clear whether you are attending on-line or physically, and if attending physically whether you have any dietary requirements.
Check also that an email address has at least has been provided for you as contact info. This so the organisers from OU can contact you directly if they should require any further information from you OR if they wish to provide information directly to us (eg links for those attending virtually)
