The goal is still to find enough data to locate the problem with the communication between the Zones. The effect on customers will be a return to the symptoms we had a few weeks ago and unless we find and fix the actual cause we will revert to running on one zone efter the service windows securing a stable usable service for the following morning. Those symptoms include interrupted and split meetings (both audio and/or video), being unable to connect to meeting with error 103033, problems with entering or leaving breakout rooms.
