What new changes have you had to put in place, either as an emergency response or planned improvements? What data and UX have you completed around these? Submissions are welcome on any aspect of performance measurement and assessment of relevance to the library and information sector in the format of for papers, lightning talks, and panels. - Closing date for proposals is 24 May at 17:45 GMT. The goal of library performance measurement and assessment is to understand how well a library is meeting stakeholder needs, with the aim of driving improvement. Key features of library performance measurement include a focus on the needs of stakeholders and communities, actively using qualitative and quantitative data to improve services and the user experience, and communicating the results and outcomes of assessment activities. Past conferences have provided a mix of invited speakers, contributed papers and workshops designed to stimulate discussion, provide ideas for measuring and improving library performance, and develop new concepts and techniques to advance the field.
