What am I missing here?
Also, I'm curious what mdq and ds endpoints I should configure in satosa to
make this work again once I get a decent DS interface up and running?

I suspect you may have missed setting environment variables pointing out
the mdq server and a few other things - look at the environment vars in
the Dockerfile. I just pushed a fix to make this even more clear so make
sure to do a git pull!
