[Extendt2_omt] Teacher Evaluation Toolkit for DT

Hi All, Please find attached a Word and PDF version of the DT Evaluation Toolkit we codesigned with teachers at the end of last year. I have included a Word version to allow teachers to edit the toolkit for their own purpose. Feel free to distribute this among teachers you are working with in the Y3 intervention.
