[Idpy-discuss] reviewing the need for CLAs

Hi everyone, We will be reviving this discussion in order to make a decision and move forward. Incidentally, I stumbled upon this issue[0] of pyca/cryptography library that was the point of discussion when they decided to relicense the library - they went through all the contributors and explicitly asked for permission.
