Attached is the final version of the JDCA for signatures.
The date on the cover page will be added when Linnaeus University as final signatory signs the Agreement.
From Attachment 1 you are kindly asked to:
* print out your respective signature page and stamp it with your institution stamp,
* arrange for it to be signed by the legal representative of your institution, with either (i) wet ink; or (ii) in a valid e-signed form, and
* send the signed document, in PDF format as an attachment, to me at the following email address: shamim.patel(a)lnu.se<mailto:shamim.patel@lnu.se> by Wednesday 16 August 2023.
I will send out the final version for your records by email when all signatures have been compiled.

Please find attached the final draft of the Joint Data Controller Agreement för Exten.D.T.2 for signatures.
This has been updated with your latest comments.
The date marked yellow on page 1 will be inserted by LNU, and a formal final copy compiled, after all signatures are in place.
Signatures will take place in the week beginning 17th July. If you have any remaining feedback, please respond asap before then.
