IdPY Board - Availability for April Meetings

Hello IdPY Board Members,
We are beginning to plan the next round of IdPY meetings for April and
would like to schedule the following sessions:
- IdPY Town Hall Meeting (60-minute virtual call)
- April IdPY Board Meeting (60-minute virtual call)
One goal of the Town Hall is to gather community feedback and support on
topics the board has been discussing over the past months. Given this goal,
we hope to have strong representation from board members and technical
contributors, though attendance will be optional.
To help us schedule these sessions, please indicate your availability for
the following recurring windows during the weeks of April 13 and April 27:
- Mondays: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM EST
- Wednesdays: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM EST
For the April Board Meeting, we will need a quorum to conduct business and
votes. If you are unable to attend, you can send a representative, submit a
proxy vote, or indicate an abstention (votes will be shared in advance).
Once we gather everyone’s availability, we’ll confirm the final dates and
send calendar invitations. Thank you, and please feel free to share your
