I think it makes sense and would like to encourage everyone to, when appropriate:
1. Use the mailing lists set up:
* OMT Mailing List:
extendt2_omt@lists.sunet.se<mailto:extendt2_omt@lists.sunet.se>
* All Researchers:
extendt2_all@lists.sunet<mailto:extendt2_all@lists.sunet>
* These have been set up after checking with you all who should be included from your
organisation.
1. the google drive folder - platform to share information and collaborate on working
project documents where appropriate (see email sent on 13 October) .
* This folder belongs to all of us, and everyone is welcome to set up new
folders/subfolders where needed.
I attach for your information the details received from each PI on who should be included
in which list which is current as at today. Please inform me of any changes as and when
required
NB: People who you would like to be included on specific emails/topics who are not in the
mailing lists can be added in cc, or you can forward emails to them - as they will
probably not be able to post to the mailing list,
