Minutes of today’s OMT meeting will be shared next week.
This is to confirm that as agreed today, the Physical meeting in Ghent will be ca two days
from lunchtime Wednesday 27 September to lunchtime Friday 29th September.
Please forward this information to anyone else who will be attending the meeting
physically who is not on the OMT list and would like to book flights asap.
The nearest airport is Brussels Airport with ca. two direct trains per hour to Ghent (ca 1
hour journey).
A link to a google folder will be shared with you early next week which will have
information on all logistics, spreadsheet to fill with attendances, proposals for agenda
items, any special requests you may have, etc.
