Hi Shamim,
Thank you for the update and the information! I have blocked both suggeted dates in my
calendar.
I was thinking that the suggestion for March maybe is too close to the reporting period
and maybe too tight for the technical reporting, finance etc. collected from all and the
institutions, but I guess you have already thought about that with the PO and the EC.

Re, March dates: 28th is Maundy Thursday - the day before Good Friday in central Europe =
holiday for many, including probably the EC.
Re, April: It has already been difficult to extend this from 18&19 to 17-19, but we
can assess again with UCL/OU, if this is the date the EC goes for (and before people
arrange travels).
For info:
There were no other spans of at least 3 days that worked for Thea/Manolis and Marcelo in
March and Apil.
For the review we will also plan to do a first rehearsal via zoom, as well as the practice
(physical) rehearsal, which can save us some time for the latter.

Fyi:
* Marcelo and I had a meeting with Angel, our PO, last
Friday to
discuss the M18 review.
* For our project there will be two expert reviewers
who will be able
to travel and be there physically.
* If train travel is allowable for Angel he may join
physically, but
currently more likely by zoom.
* We should count on the review lasting ca 6-7 hours
including lunch.
We proposed to Angel that we have the M18 review in
conjunction with our
next 6 monthly physical meeting: two days for our
physical meeting to
include a rehearsal (if time?); and the third and
final day for the
review which will likely need to be attended by WP
leaders/OMT members.
Based on current availability for Thea, Manolis and
Marcelo we will
suggest the following dates to Angel:
* *25-27 **March **2024*(27^th April being the date of
the review)
* *17-19 **April **2024*(19^th April being the date of
the review)
We will work on logistics - how much time we spend at
Milton Keynes and
in London, etc. - when we have confirmation of dates
from the PO. Note
he will have to find and check availability of
reviewers etc.
* Please block the above dates in your diary for now,
and share with
the rest of your team members
* If anyone has strong preferences for any of the
dates (i.e., the
other timespan is not possible for you) please respond
on this
thread by Wednesday 12.00 CET.
* Angel would also welcome any names of reviewers
which would not put
anyone in our consortium in a conflict of interest.
