Dear all,
I attach the early draft of the dissemination deliverable I plan to discuss with you tomorrow - for reference and in case you want to have a look at it before the meeting.
Also, there are two opportunities for dissemination, I would like us to briefly talk about.

Dear All,
Thank you for your feedback and comments on the draft JCD shared with you all in November.
LNU’s DPO and lawyer have incorporated changes to the revised attached draft, dated 19122022, and added two annexes.
Their responses (in bold text) to questions can be found in attachment 4.
Please send any further feedback to the draft JCD, including your additions for Annexes 1 and 2 by Monday 9th January.
Please also check the name of the person who would sign the JCD for your organisation on pp 8-14.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,
Shamim

Dear all
Following on from the WP7 meeting last week, I have developed a series of
data collection instruments and protocols for the school interventions,
which are stored in a folder
<https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1YzuyDATghL1RnkyQxPchAWeU6WTVu1QP?us…>in
WP7. This includes all the information you should need to apply for ethical
approval, such as sample informed consent/assent documents, overarching
evaluation protocol (data preparation and analysis to come), surveys,
interviews, teacher reflective diary and documents detailing the protocol
for each form of data collection.
All partners involved in interventions this year should review the
documents, add comments and make suggested edits *by 6th March. *I am also
happy to receive any direct email queries.
Please complete this Doodle
<https://doodle.com/meeting/participate/id/dLZkGMra>by *1st March *to
arrange a review meeting to further discuss data collection. Please ensure
at least one member of your team, involved in the interventions,
professional development or co-design workshops completes the Doodle.
Unfortunately due to other responsibilities I am unable to arrange a
meeting prior to the 7th March and the 10th is the OMT.
Any partner waiting to apply for ethical review can use all of the
documents in their current state as amendments will only be minor - aka no
new data collection instruments and no new lines of questioning. If you
have any specific questions about ethics I would be happy to help, so
please get in touch directly.
Hope you have a lovely weekend.
All the best,
Carina
Hi All,

* Likewise, any changes, which may be applicable for you.
Important: Dinner on Tuesday evening (1st October 2024)
* Please double check that the information about dinner on Tuesday evening is correct for you here<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11ZQ8BQI1jxSrhJLjUbvytZGTvuZp5HCCwLW…> today.
* If you cannot confirm this today, please email Richie/Deirdre letting them know when you can confirm as they need to book through their internal service.

Dear All,
I hope you are keeping well.
We are planning to bring out the upcoming Exten(D.T)2 newsletter by Mid-October also to cover the news of our physical meeting in Dublin in this issue.
Could you share the contents (if you have) related to the following headings by October 6? Also feel free to add any information which you think can be added to the newsletter. You can insert them in this doc<https://docs.google.com/document/d/16Cpeszj07t1PDknXz92XB0JSy8DYnNTQWFHFvuT…>. We will compile them and share with you once we come up with a sharable version.
1. Interventions in Year 2
2. Mis4TEL Conference
3. Any dissemination activities
4. Dublin Project meeting (I will do it on October 6)
Best,
Sagun
Hi all,
Since this year some teachers will be using the dashboard and all of them
the platform, we should discuss what differs from last year regarding
ethics and data collection and whether or not we need to change the
informed consents. If we need to, will TCD update them, as last year, and
each partner translates them?
Best,

Hi All,
Quick reminder to update the meeting participant sheet so that we can finalise any catering details.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11ZQ8BQI1jxSrhJLjUbvytZGTvuZp5HCCwLW…
At the moment, according to the sheet, we have 11 attending from outside TCD. By the end of the week i will consider the sheet final.
