Thank you for your feedback and comments on the draft JCD shared with you all in
November.
LNU’s DPO and lawyer have incorporated changes to the revised attached draft, dated
19122022, and added two annexes.
Their responses (in bold text) to questions can be found in attachment 4.
Please send any further feedback to the draft JCD, including your additions for Annexes 1
and 2 by Monday 9th January.
Please also check the name of the person who would sign the JCD for your organisation on
pp 8-14.
