Fyi:
* Marcelo and I had a meeting with Angel, our PO, last Friday to discuss the M18
review.
* For our project there will be two expert reviewers who will be able to travel and be
there physically.
* If train travel is allowable for Angel he may join physically, but currently more
likely by zoom.
* We should count on the review lasting ca 6-7 hours including lunch.
We proposed to Angel that we have the M18 review in conjunction with our next 6 monthly
physical meeting: two days for our physical meeting to include a rehearsal (if time?); and
the third and final day for the review which will likely need to be attended by WP
leaders/OMT members.
Based on current availability for Thea, Manolis and Marcelo we will suggest the following
dates to Angel:
* 25-27 March 2024 (27thApril being the date of the review)
* 17-19 April 2024 (19th April being the date of the review)
We will work on logistics - how much time we spend at Milton Keynes and in London, etc. -
when we have confirmation of dates from the PO. Note he will have to find and check
availability of reviewers etc.
* Please block the above dates in your diary for now, and share with the rest of your
team members
* If anyone has strong preferences for any of the dates (i.e., the other timespan is
not possible for you) please respond on this thread by Wednesday 12.00 CET.
* Angel would also welcome any names of reviewers which would not put anyone in our
consortium in a conflict of interest.
