Dear All,
Attached please find the revised Exten(DT)2 flyer. We have incorporated your suggestions that you have provided for the revision in the last OMT meeting.

Dear All,
By collaborating with the AugMENTOR team, we have produced the first podcast<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WxvEEtWPB3DMSiAlPQCXlrN3ypo47MqI/view?usp=…>, which focused on explaining the overall aim of each project, what both projects envisioned to achieve as a change in education, the technologies both projects (augMENTOR and Exten(DT)2) use and the added values of those technologies, the activities that have been carried out up until now and the future plans. Irene Angelica Chounta from the AugMENTOR and I from Exten(DT)2 are the podcasters for episode 1. Please let me know if you have any comments on it. We are planning to release it through our YT channel and embed it in our website.
With regards,
Sagun
Dear All,
Attached please find the final version of Exten(DT)2 newsletter December issue. I have made minor changes following Shamim’s comments. I will upload it on our site and disseminate it further through our social media on Friday.
Warm regards,
Sagun
Dear All,
I would like to inform you that under ‘resources’ page, we have created a sub-page entitled ‘DT activity plan<https://extendt2.eu/dt-activity-plan-template/>’ where you can find DT activity plan both online and word versions. We hope this will be useful for teachers participants.
Best,
Sagun
Dear all,
I was thinking it would be a good idea to write a paper (or more) for
the Interaction
Design and Children (IDC) 2024 <https://idc.acm.org/2024/> conference.
Proceedings are published by the ACM and are quite highly cited
Even though it has a low acceptance rate for full papers (around 30%) I
think the work we do in extendt2 is very suitable for the conference
Some ideas either for full paper or work in progress are:
-The new DT model (bringing DT into the classroom with Digital Techs)
-The development of the dashboard based on the latest workshops with Simple
-The ExtenDT2 framework
-The pilot interventions and evaluation results
If some of you are interested please let me know so we can start preparing
the paper(s)
The deadlines are for full & sort papers 24 Jan (their abstracts on 17th)
For Work in Progress: 25 March
Best wishes for a nice holiday season,
Marianthi

Dear all
Apologies for not making today's meeting. A family emergency, resolved for
now but I'll be stopping early for Christmas (probably working half days
until Wednesday) and likely taking an extended break into mid January.
WP7 update - 1) The SLRs are progressing well with all 3 at full-text
review. I took on board recommendations from colleagues at a meeting last
month re DT x 21st skills.
2) Meeting to be scheduled early in the new year for leads in each
organisation to discuss RQs and case study foci.
3) Need to meet with WP4 to discuss how data can be integrated into
evaluation.
4) Schedule set at Gent for school interventions to commence in March -
achievable from point of view of evaluation BUT surveys need to be
translated and face validated before implementation. This is reliant on
SLRs which are slightly delayed (2 weeks). Potential to catch this up.
WP9 - no developments. Need to identify whether there is anything to bring
to Adam's attention (questions, a double check on anything) - link to point
3 above.
Wishing everyone a happy and peaceful Christmas.
