to fiber supplier.

sub-contractor is investigating.

Update from provider:
This disruption is affected by a disturbance with a
subprovider, which have confirmed the outage with us.
Subprovider have located a fiber break and it is being
unearthed, technician was expected to be onsite 15:00.
Technician has not been able to provide an ETR as of yet.
