[Satosa-dev] frontend information for response microservice

I encountered the same requirement when implementing the ADFS use case requiring a replay
of the AuthnRequest in the backend. I am using 2 complementary microservices (1 request +
1 response). They communicate using cookies extended by server-side storage.
