"We believe that this article contains exactly the kinds of critical takeaways that qualitative and ethnographic scholarship needs...the authors developed the concept of agentic intersectionality to examine how researchers' situated identities shift and interact over the course of their research process from study design to fieldwork to analysis and writing.
