[Playlist] API-errors i Sunet Play

Hej! Se nedan: We're seeing performance issues with the indexing servers. It seems the script to update plays/view is overloading the servers, which can cause slow responses or API errors. To alleviate symptoms we've stopped the script while investigating. This means plays and views in KMC and KMS will not be up-to-date. Plays and views statistics are still being collected, and once we enable the script again, they will be updated correctly.
