Dear SI-PASS and Peer Mentoring Colleagues,

I hope everyone’s had a lovely weekend, with some Easter chocolate treats thrown in!

As the PASS programme coordinator at Queen Mary University of London, I am currently exploring the idea of creating an online learning module which new students on the programme can use to learn and digest the informational aspects of the training followed by an in person training involving activities that will give the students the opportunity to digest and implement the knowledge.

It would be great to learn from any PASS/PAL/peer mentoring programmes that have already incorporated online learning modules into their training package and understand:

  1. How you’ve approached the module content to be included
  2. Your approach to the build of the online learning module
  3. What impact it’s incorporation has had with the leader/mentor training and staff time

If you have already ventured into this territory, or like me, are in the planning stages of introducing this into your training package, I would love to hear from you!

Hope you all have a lovely week ahead, and for those attending the Peer Learning Forum, I hope it’s a great experience of collaboration, knowledge sharing and touching base with the SI – PASS community.

Best wishes,
