The theme for LundOnline 2026 is Access to Knowledge – Joining Forces towards Community and Sustainable Publishing. This year we will explore how libraries, publishers and academic institutions can work together to create a more sustainable scholarly communication landscape. Tentative topics include community led publishing, scholarly publishing in light of CoARA, publishers’ AI strategies, publishing ethics and consortiums' changing strategies.

LundOnline 2026 will take place on the 14th to the 16th of October at Lund City Hall in the centre of Lund. The conference is organised by Lund University Library and is aimed at college and university librarians and invited publishers.

The conference is sponsored by publishers and free of charge for participants. It is possible to attend the entire conference or just one of the days. Vegetarian lunch and coffee is included as well as a social event on the 15th of October.
