Hi all, please find the agenda for our Board meeting attached. Based on input from the project Technical Workstreams, 6 motions are up for a vote at this meeting. If you cannot attend, you can vote on these motions by replying to me.

For reference, please read: the Statutes (short) and the Security Incident Response Plan (shorter).

I have also attached the notes from our last meeting in May.

Finally, here is a reminder of what I sent via email on 13 July 2026:
A lot has happened since we last met on May 11. The IdPy Town Hall on June 17 brought in 20+ community members for a candid discussion on the future of the tools under the Identity Python Project (SaToSa included), and the Technical Re-Kickoff on June 26 got three workstreams (governance, fork review, documentation) staffed and moving. I'll walk through both in more detail once we're together.

Hi all, I'm glad the scheduled time for the IdPy Board meeting works for most people, based on the meeting polls. I will send the proposed agenda and motions for a vote in the next few hours.

Everyone should have received a meeting invite on Aug 28. Thank you to the 2 directors who have acknowledged the invitation with an accept/decline response; I have not heard from the other 5 directors. Your response to the meeting invite or this email will help determine who should be included in the meeting quorum count.

If you will not attend the meeting on the 17th and plan to send a proxy representative in your absence, please let me know who will attend in your place by close of business on Wednesday. Alternatively, you may email me your votes on the motions listed on the agenda before the scheduled meeting time. I'll send the motions in the next few hours.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

Best, Laura Paglione
