I hope you have had a good relaxing break over the summer.

1. Next Friday we have our first OMT meeting for the term. Please provide any agenda items by COB on Monday.

2. The physical meeting around UGent is looking to be two full days (ca 09.00-17.00) 27 & 28 September. NKUA cannot be present on 29 September.

• Lieva and Katrein have been asked to look into logistics on these dates.
• Action: It would be helpful if one person from each partner can confirm by replying on this thread, by Monday, that these dates are good for them and an approx. indication of how many people will attend.
