Please note this is a separate request, which may be considered complementary, to the email to the you have received from Carina this morning. This is a follow-up of point #11 in in the OMT minutes of meeting from 10 October.

Per the Consortium Agreement §4.4., LNU’s DPO has advised that a data agreement is in place as soon as possible.

1. For this our DPO would like the following information from each Partner, asap, but preferably no later than COB Tuesday 1 November:

• Your view (as PI) on data processing (if not covered below in your org. policy).

• Your organisation policy regarding GDPR.

• Contact information regarding the signing of documents pertaining to GDPR in your organisation.

2. A draft agreement will then be made available for you and your organisation’s feedback from LNU’s DPO, before all parties are asked to sign the final agreed version.
