Hi Shamim,
Done for NKUA. I suppose that the 'permanent' choice in the 'contract duration' refers to the general contract relation with the organization, not for the current project, since for this project contracts can be up to 3 years. For instance, I chose that option for Chronis who is a permanent professor in NKUA but not for me, who have a temporary contract.

This is new for Horizon Europe and we will not be able to complete/validate our M18 report until this is complete.

  1. Check everyone who has worked on the project from your organization in the first 18 months name is included (even if they are no longer working  on the project)
  2. Delete anyone who has not worked on the project in the first 18 months.
  3. All fields marked with an asterix need to be completed. At the moment the contract duration is missing for almost every listed researcher!

You can either go into the portal yourself and update the information required: (The Continuous Reporting element, can be found under <My Projects>, <Exten.DT.2.><Actions> <Manage Project>)

 

Or email me the information for each researcher by email following the headings listed above

 

Note: This is for researchers only not admin staff. And this is also presumably where the EC are taking their  gender statistics from.
