Attached is the Agenda for our meeting in Dublin next week.

• This includes links for google maps for physical location of meeting, dinner on Monday and Tuesday evening, and zoom links for any colleagues who are planning to attend virtually.
• A beamer/projector for any ppts will be available, and pens and paper provided.
• If you need any special equipment etc. for your part of the meeting, please email Richie and Deirdre directly.

Note: the participant list is now closed.

• If there are any people attending physically from your organization not currently on the list, please inform Richie and Deidre directly by email with me in copy.
• Likewise, any changes, which may be applicable for you.

Important: Dinner on Tuesday evening (1^st October 2024)

• Please double check that the information about dinner on Tuesday evening is correct for you here today.
• If you cannot confirm this today, please email Richie/Deirdre letting them know when you can confirm as they need to book through their internal service.
• Note: If you have indicated that you will attend, please ensure you do, as TCD will be charged unnecessarily for your meal otherwise.
• Kindly note, TCD as host will cover the costs of the dinner on Tuesday. The dinner on Monday is optional and will not be covered by TCD.
