Attached are the guidelines (attachment 1) and template slides (attachment 2) for preparing your slides for the M18 Review and the rehearsals on April 5 and April 10.

Please use the information you provided in your WP technical reporting as the basis to prepare your slides. 

Fyi (Status on reporting) :

1. A draft of the main body of technical reporting (excl reporting on use of resources*) will be available later next week which you can double check the content of your slides against before the rehearsals.

• Note: the content/details of work and activities described are unlikely to change. Quality control changes will be made for consistency in language, acronyms, and presentation of information across WPs etc.

    *Two partners will financially report on SyGMa after easter. Instructions on reporting on use of resources/deviations will follow thereafter.

2. We need to send a full draft technical report (but not the slides) to the expert reviewers early in the week beginning 8th April. It should include some overview financial information for all partners.
3. The formal submission for the reporting, including all aspects of financial reporting is 29^th April.
