Please find attached the schedule for the two on-line rehearsals based on the doodle you filled in.

Calendar invites will be sent to you all shortly with zoom links.

@WP Leaders: please check that those who will present, as part of your WP, are also attending on the right day of the on-line rehearsal.

Marcelo and Chronis are intending to attend both rehearsals. Everyone else is welcome to attend both rehearsals too, if able to.

Zoom Links for both rehearsals can additionally be found on the attached agenda.

Your presentations are to be based on your WP S&T reporting.

PowerPoint presentation templates with some instructions will be sent early next week together with any feedback on your S&T reporting which you have already submitted.

I will also check your financial reporting on SyGMA (due today) with our financial adviser and we will come back to you on any further information or deviations you need to report on next week as part of use of resources. Note: This is also a part of the S&T reporting.
