Hello Jake,
Thanks for your response.
The KPI this can feed into is ‘Present the results at policy events or meetings’ provided we invite policy stakeholders as well to listen to some of these teachers. These policy
stakeholders can listen to some authentic stories by these participants (hopefully positive) and understand the significance of embedding design thinking project supported by technologies in pedagogy. For this, we should invite some of the policy stakeholders
in specific sessions. As suggested, I have added this to the Gantt Chart. If everyone is happy with this event, we are ready to lead.
Best,
Sagun

Dear Sagun,
I just wonder about the timing of this activity. We will need to engage with teachers to provide feedback and engage in a number of activities in the coming months (WP2 Framework, WP3 PD Co-Design,
WP7 teacher evaluation toolkit etc.) not to mention other milestones that need to be completed in the coming 2 months. Could this get added to the
Gantt chart
and prioritised alongside the other activities (particularly those that require teacher input) and what deliverable/KPI this is feeding in to? We are asking a lot of some of these teachers and as discussed at the meeting it's important we try to
make that activity and ask explicit and viable/realistic.

Hello Everyone,
I hope you are keeping well.
As discussed briefly in TCD meeting (also in the OU meeting), can we organise an event (either of one or two days) in which we will bring teacher participants participated in the Exten(DT)2 project up until now from all countries
together to make them share their experiences?
The purpose of this event will be to:
And of course, this will help us in reporting around sustainability as we are not leaving teachers after they implement but we are following them up and helping them to build a wider teachers network.
For this, I propose the dates as 28th and 29th November, Thursday, and Friday (maybe of a 4-hour session each day)
We can ask each one to share their experiences in 15 minutes which will be followed by 10 minutes Q and A.
The proposed time is between 10 am and 3 pm UK time .
I am populating ideas here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1aJh0FMT6Y5-93gtaXfwcoqjh8rUxvUWhkcgvygw41Uk/edit.
Any suggestions are welcome! And, finally thanks Marcelo for this brilliant idea.
I am looking forward to hearing from you!
Best,
Sagun
